From there: a High Season Quick Win from $2,900 (one operational problem solved properly), the $5,900 High Season Automation System (guest communication, follow-up and review automation, with SOPs and staff training), or the Complete Digital Operator System from $9,900 (website + automation + concierge + CRM).
Ongoing run cost is typically $30–120/month, paid directly to the tools (Make, Airtable, WhatsApp Business, etc.) at cost. We don't mark anything up and we don't charge a monthly fee after handover.
